According to Resolution No. 13, (https://www.oie.int/app/uploads/2021/05/a-r13-2021-fmd.pdf) adopted at the 88th General Session of the World Assembly in May 2021, Kazakhstan was recognized as a member having an FMD free zone where vaccination is not practised, and a FMD free zone where vaccination is practised based on the provisions of Chapter 8.8. of the Terrestrial Code.
