For the period July 2017 to September 2017, a total of 176 samples were submitted to the WRLFMD for FMDV detection and serotyping from Afghanistan, Bhutan, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Nepal and Pakistan.
There were 5 outstanding samples from Cambodia that were received in the April to June 2017 period were also tested.
